Account: email address, nickname, country, and a password (handled and encrypted by our authentication provider Supabase; we never see or store readable passwords). Dog profile: name, breed, sex, age, and an optional photo you upload. Training data: session ratings, XP, streaks, badges, equipment checklist, care calendar entries and food diary entries.
Your nickname, country flag, dog's name, dog photo and XP appear on the in-app leaderboard, visible to other Pawty users. Everything else is private to your account.
We do not sell personal data. We do not share your email with advertisers. Care calendar and food diary entries stay on your account.
Pawty shows banner advertising via Google AdMob, served as non-personalised ads. AdMob may process device information to serve and measure ads; see Google's privacy policy for details.
We collect anonymous usage statistics (for example which screens are opened and how many training sessions are logged) via PostHog, hosted in the European Union, configured without cookies or cross-session identifiers. These statistics help us improve the app and cannot identify you.
Data is stored with Supabase in the European Union (Frankfurt, Germany). Photos are stored as small resized images inside your account record.
You can update your profile in the app (More, Account & profile). To delete your account and all data, contact info@pawtyapp.com and we will remove it within 30 days. EU users have all rights provided by the GDPR, including access, correction and erasure.
Pawty is intended for users aged 13 and over.
We will update this page when the policy changes and note the new effective date.
