These terms govern your use of the Pawty mobile application and pawtyapp.com. By creating an account you accept them.

Pawty is a dog training application offering training skills, behaviour guides, a care calendar, a food diary, progress tracking and a leaderboard. It is provided free of charge and supported by advertising and affiliate commissions.
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. If you are under 16, a parent or guardian should hold the account.
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity on your account. Provide accurate information. One account per person.
You may delete your account at any time in the app under More, then Account and profile. Deletion is permanent and removes your training history, dog profile and photo.
Do not use Pawty to harass other users, upload unlawful or offensive content, manipulate the leaderboard through automated means or false accounts, reverse engineer the app, or scrape or resell the content.
We may suspend or remove an account that breaches this section.
You keep ownership of your dog's name, photo and any text you enter. By using the leaderboard you grant us permission to display your nickname, country, dog's name, dog photo and experience points to other users of the app. You can remove this by deleting your account.
Do not upload photos containing other people without their consent.
The training skills, behaviour guides, plans, text, design and branding in Pawty belong to us. You may use them for training your own dog. You may not copy, republish, resell or redistribute them.
Pawty provides general educational information about dog training. It is not veterinary advice, and it is not a substitute for in-person assessment by a qualified veterinarian, trainer or behaviourist.
Consult a veterinarian for any health concern or sudden behaviour change. Consult a qualified behaviourist in person if your dog has bitten, shows aggression, guards resources, or shows severe anxiety.
You remain responsible for your dog, for the safety of people and animals around it, and for compliance with local laws on dog control. To the extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for injury, damage or loss arising from following content in the app.
Pawty shows banner advertising through Google AdMob. Where you consent in the app, those adverts are personalised. You can withdraw that consent at any time in your device settings, and doing so does not remove any feature of Pawty. Full detail is in the Privacy Policy. The website shows no adverts.
The Pawty Marketplace contains affiliate links to third party merchants. If you buy through one of them, Pawty may receive a commission from that merchant. This costs you nothing extra and does not change the price you pay.
We do not control those merchants, their prices, their stock, their delivery or their returns. Any purchase is a contract between you and that merchant, under their terms. Complaints about an order go to the merchant, not to us.
We aim to keep Pawty available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change, be added or be removed. We may stop offering the service, in which case we will give reasonable notice in the app where possible.
Pawty is provided as is. To the maximum extent permitted by Slovenian and European Union law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be shown in the app before they take effect. The effective date above shows the current version.
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Slovenia. Nothing here removes the protection of mandatory consumer law in your country of residence.
