These terms apply when you buy a product from the Pawty family shop on pawtyapp.com. They do not change the Terms of Service for the Pawty app.
Pawty family products are sold by Darija Mesko s.p., Vrhnika, Slovenia, a sole trader registered in Slovenia. For anything about an order, write to info@pawtyapp.com.
The seller is not registered for VAT. VAT is not charged under Article 94 of the Slovenian VAT Act (ZDDV-1).
Every product is made by hand. Colour, size and pattern can differ a little from the photos. That is part of handmade work and is not a defect.
The toys and mats are for dogs, used under supervision. They are not chew toys. Check them before each use and remove them when they are damaged.
All prices are in euro (EUR) and are final prices. The shipping fee for your country is shown in the cart before you pay.
You pay on the secure payment page of Stripe, with Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay or Google Pay. Pawty and the seller never see your card number. If your card is in another currency, your bank converts the amount.
A promo code can be entered in the cart. 1 code per order. A code cannot be exchanged for cash.
The contract is made when your payment is confirmed. Stripe then sends you a receipt by email. Keep it, it is your proof of purchase.
We deliver to every country of the European Union, to the address you enter on the Stripe payment page. Products are made and packed by hand in Slovenia and sent by post as soon as they are ready. If we cannot send your order within 30 days of payment, we tell you by email and you may cancel it for a full refund.
You may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of the day you, or someone you name, receive the products, without giving a reason.
To withdraw, send us a clear statement by email to info@pawtyapp.com, for example with the model form below. Sending it within the 14 days is enough.
We refund everything you paid, including the standard shipping fee, within 14 days of receiving your statement. We use the same payment method you used. We may wait with the refund until the products are back with us or you show they have been sent.
Send the products back within 14 days of your statement. We give you the return address by email. You pay the cost of the return. You are responsible only for any loss of value caused by handling the products more than needed to check them.

You have the legal guarantee of conformity that EU and Slovenian consumer law give you. If a product arrives damaged or does not match its description, write to us with a photo and we repair, replace or refund it.
Write any complaint to info@pawtyapp.com. We answer every message. Slovenian law applies. If you live in another EU country, you keep the protection of the consumer law of your country.
